Our Story

At PhatCookie.com, cookies are more than a business — they’re an expression of who we are. We’re a two-person microbakery based in Philadelphia, run by artists with a serious passion for baking. Raised in Philly and deeply inspired by the women who came before us, our love for sweets started at our grandmothers’ kitchen tables — and it’s been rising ever since.

As artists, every cookie we make is a creative process. Most of our recipes are original, dreamed up and tested by hand — sometimes over the course of months — until the flavor, texture, and experience are exactly what we imagined. Even when we start from a classic inspiration or curated recipe, we spend time refining it into something that feels uniquely ours. Every flavor you see on our menu has been labored over, tweaked, and perfected with care. Nothing goes out the door until it’s just right.

We’re proudly small. Just the two of us, baking with intention, sourcing quality ingredients, and handcrafting every cookie one batch at a time. We don’t rush the process. We don’t cut corners. We legit strive to make the best cookie you’ve ever had.
